Research Interests: Centered on ecology, hydrology, and soil science interactions with land management and climate change, particularly examining soil-biota relationships and soil geochemical processes governing ecosystem service provisioning. Her work extends to characterizing peatland organic matter and assessing climate resilience in Yorkshire ecosystems.
Publication Trends: Recent articles focus on peatland carbon dynamics, water quality assessment, and innovative analytical methods for disinfectant by-product prediction. Collaborative work examines groundwater processes in North York Moors and ecosystem services in urban recreational spaces.
