Aayush Arya

Aayush Arya is a Research Fellow at the Cosmic Dawn Center (DAWN) within the Niels Bohr Institute at the University of Copenhagen. His work bridges theoretical and computational approaches in astrophysics, biophysics, and prebiotic chemistry.

Research interests:

• Computational modeling of protein phase separation and condensate recognition via molecular dynamics and active learning
• Development of graph-based and network analysis tools for uncovering hidden chemical reactions in prebiotic systems and atmospheric chemistry
• Application of laser resonance chromatography and mass spectrometry to study cosmic and atomic-scale phenomena
• Exploring nucleic acid analogs and autocatalytic networks in abiotic environments
