Aaron Graham is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy and Affiliated Faculty of Law at The University of Mississippi, part of the College of Liberal Arts. He serves as Pre-Law Advisor for the Department of Philosophy & Religion. His research focuses on the nature of law, adjudication, legal reasoning, and judicial discretion.
- Education: J.D. from Harvard Law School (2011), Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Chicago (2023).
- Professional Experience: Former attorney, clerk for U.S. Court of Appeals Judge Rhesa H. Barksdale, and associate at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP.
His scholarship bridges philosophy and law, with recent work published in the Canadian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence. He teaches courses like Philosophy of Law and Jurisprudence.
