Aaron Dicker

Aaron Dicker is an Instructor in the Department of English Language and Literature at the University of South Carolina's McCausland College of Arts and Sciences. His research explores the intersection of argumentation, social movement theory, and the rhetorical performance of Antisemitism in both everyday and extremist contexts.

Recent publications highlight his expertise in media analysis, visual rhetoric, and terrorism studies. Collaborative works with C.K. Winkler and others investigate ISIS's photography campaigns, institutional positioning strategies, and the transformation of violent narratives in digital spaces.

Dicker teaches courses in argumentation (Speech 260), online public communication (Speech 145), and foundational public communication (Speech 140). His contributions span both academic publications and pedagogical development within rhetorical studies.
