Dr. Aaron Ancell is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Bentley University, specializing in ethics and political philosophy with applications to business contexts. His research examines corporate responsibility, democratic processes, and ethical frameworks in organizational settings.
Education includes:

- BA (Honours) from Simon Fraser University
Research investigates ethical dimensions of corporate political engagement, workplace speech rights, and democratic decision-making. Current projects analyze philosophical foundations of shareholder rights in political advocacy and employee protections in organizational communication.
Recent publications examine corporate political speech, employee rights in workplace mobilization, and counterspeech responsibilities. His work appears in Journal of Business Ethics, Ethical Theory and Moral Practice, and Politics, Philosophy and Economics.
