Dr. Ayşe Tokay is a Lecturer at Bingöl University's Faculty of Islamic Sciences, specializing in Islamic History and Arts. Her email is atokay@bingol.edu.tr, and she is based in the Faculty's Department of Islamic History and Arts. She holds a PhD from Ankara University (2024), focusing on the epigraphic analysis of Darende Heyiketeği Cemetery Tombstones. Her academic journey includes a master’s in Arabic Rhetoric (2006), a second master’s in Turkish Religious Music (2017), and a doctorate in Islamic Art History (2024).
