Aykut Kul, Gaziantep University Faculty of Education Department of Educational Sciences, where he works as a Research Fellow since 2015. He earned his Master's and Doctorate degrees in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from Gaziantep University Institute of Educational Sciences, and holds a double major in Psychology from Fatih University.

He has advanced knowledge in social skills training, anxiety management, and psychological flexibility, with a strong interest in applying these methods in school counseling and crisis intervention.
Aykut Kul has published 13 journal articles and 4 book chapters since 2016, primarily addressing CBT applications for anxiety, depression, and coping strategies in youth and healthcare professionals during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic. His work also explores film analysis through therapeutic theories.
