ANG Ser Keng

ANG Ser Keng is a Principal Lecturer of Finance and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University (SMU). He serves as Director of the UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute and Academic Director for both the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) programs. He is also a Fellow of SMU Academy and a Member of the SMU Faculty Senate. His professional certifications include the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) and Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS), both since 1993.

ANG's research focuses on Investment Banking (M&A, IPOs), Capital Markets (Equity & Fixed Income), Asset Management, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Governance. He has contributed to books such as Trade Sale (Mergers & Acquisitions) and Financial Management – Theory and Practice.
