A.K.M. M. Mollah is a Clinical Lecturer in the Biology Department at Iona University. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from Stony Brook University, and a BA from Illinois Wesleyan University.

His research focuses on the mechanisms of antibiotic action against drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis, microbial biodegradation of synthetic materials, and protein folding/stability-structure-function relationships. He teaches general biology, microbiology, and environmental science courses.
