Tyron Pope, Ed.D., is a Clinical Lecturer in the Criminal Justice and Sociology Department at Iona University. He holds an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College, an MS in Business Leadership, and a BS in Business Administration from Concordia College. With over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, he retired from the NYPD as a Sergeant Supervisor in the Narcotics Division, where he specialized in major case narcotics operations, homicide, and internal investigations.
