A. T. A. Jenkins

Professor A. T. A. Jenkins is a faculty member in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Bath, affiliated with the Centre for Bioengineering & Biomedical Technologies (CBio) and the Institute of Sustainability and Climate Change. He holds the academic rank of Professor and is actively involved in research and doctoral supervision.

His research focuses on biosensors, tethered bilayer lipid membranes, and stimuli-responsive polymers, with applications in biomedical diagnostics and sustainable technologies. His work bridges chemistry, engineering, and environmental science, emphasizing functional biomimetic interfaces.
