David Paltiel is a Professor of Public Health (Health Policy) at Yale School of Public Health, with secondary appointments in the Institution for Social and Policy Studies and the School of Management. Dr. Paltiel earned his PhD in Operations Research from Yale University in 1992, following an MBA from Yale (1985) and a BA from McGill University (1981).
