Štefan Gubo is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Informatics, Faculty of Economics and Informatics, J. Selye University. He leads the Center for Intelligent Robotics and has been affiliated with the university since 2005, initially as an assistant (2005–2009) and currently as an adjunct faculty member since 2009.
- PhD and MA in Mathematics Education from University of Constantine the Philosopher, Faculty of Natural Sciences (2001–2009)
His research focuses on mathematics education theory and theoretical informatics, particularly modeling, simulation, and animation in educational contexts. He has led multiple KEGA-funded projects (2005–2016) on electronic education support, terminological culture, and 3D modeling for heritage preservation (e.g., Romanesque Church of St. George in Kostoľany pod Tribečom, 2022 with Stredoeurópska nadácia). Publications include 21 scientific outputs (V1–V3), 5 book publications (A2), and 58 other research contributions (D group). Citations: 44 (WoS/Scopus: 12, others: 32).
