Associate Professor
Eženi Brzovska is an Associate Professor at the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Economics, University St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, North Macedonia. She teaches Marketing courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including Product Management, Channel Management, International Marketing, and Product Policy. Her academic journey began with graduating as the best student in the marketing department in 2002, followed by earning her Doctor of Economic Sciences degree in 2012 with a dissertation on electronic media in telecommunications. Her research interests span multiple dimensions of modern marketing, with particular focus on consumer behavior in experiential contexts. Dr. Brzovska has extensively studied the experience economy across various sectors including cultural institutions, wine tourism, and food consumption. Her work bridges theoretical marketing frameworks with practical applications in Southeastern European markets, especially Macedonia. Analysis of her publication record reveals a clear evolution from traditional marketing topics toward contemporary sustainability and experience-focused research. Her recent work (2023-2024) emphasizes food waste reduction, pandemic impacts on SMEs, and customer loyalty in cultural settings, indicating a strategic shift toward sustainability and post-pandemic market recovery themes. Earlier publications focused more on branding, private labels, and digital marketing in the Macedonian context.
