Jessica Piccinini is an Associate Professor in Greek History (STAN-01/A) at the University of Macerata , specializing in Ancient Greek History , Epigraphy , and Oracular Sanctuaries . She earned her D.Phil. from the University of Oxford (Wolfson College) and holds a postgraduate course from the British School at Athens. Recent publications highlight her expertise in ancient soundscapes , Greek tragedy , and textile studies , with keywords spanning archaeology, epigraphy, and Mediterranean economies. She co-organized the photography exhibition 'Hadrianopolis: Exploring an Ancient Town in Epirus' and serves on editorial boards like the Journal of Religion, Film and Media .
