Dr. Richard Fair is the Lord-Chandran Distinguished Professor of Engineering at Duke University, with a career spanning semiconductor physics, digital microfluidics, and lab-on-a-chip systems. His research group collaborates with faculty across Duke, Harvard, and Stanford in bioengineering, genomics, and environmental science to develop applications-driven microfluidic platforms.
