Prof. Dr. Dr. Till Bärnighausen is the Alexander von Humboldt University Professor and Director of the Heidelberg Institute of Global Health. He holds adjunct roles at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Wellcome Trust’s Africa Health Research Institute. His research focuses on causal impacts of global health interventions, health system innovations, and methodological advancements in population health. With over 300 peer-reviewed publications and an h-index of 63, his work spans HIV/AIDS, climate-smart health systems, and non-communicable diseases.
