Prof. Michael Laxy is a Professor of Public Health and Prevention at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), affiliated with the TUM School of Medicine and Health. He holds an adjunct professorship at Emory University (USA) and previously conducted research at the Helmholtz Zentrum München and the CDC. His work focuses on chronic disease prevention, healthcare economics, and policy evaluation.
