Dr. Jialin (Snow) Wu is a Reader in Sustainable and Digitalized Service Economy at the Department of Management, Huddersfield Business School, University of Huddersfield. She is a Steering Group Lead for the Sustainable Living Research Centre and a Strand Lead for the Future Mobility Lab, integrating expertise in behavioral science, social psychology, information technology, and human geography to address sustainability challenges in tourism and business. Research: Focuses on digital marketing, pro-environmental behavior, sustainability communication, and the interplay between technology, human behavior, and environmental impact. Recent Publications: Her work explores moral disengagement in sustainable behavior, symbiotic rationality in tourism SMEs, and geographic diversification strategies for Chinese tourism firms. Editorial Roles: Associate Editor for the Journal of Sustainable Tourism and Editorial Board Member for Event Management . Consultancy: Advises local organizations like Kirklees Climate TV Channel and international entities such as Guangzhou Ming Ren Charity Foundation.
