Christoph Federrath is a Professor and Associate Director HDR at the Research School of Astronomy & Astrophysics, Australian National University. He previously held roles as an Australian Research Council Future Fellow and Stromlo Fellow. His research focuses on star formation in molecular clouds, turbulence, magnetic fields, and computational astrophysics. Education: PhD in Physics from Heidelberg University (2010), specializing in Turbulence and Star Formation. Earlier studies at the University of Wuerzburg (2001–2007).
