Professor Mary Davis is a Professor (Education and Student Experience) at Oxford Brookes Business School, serving as the institutional Academic Integrity Lead. Her work focuses on enhancing academic integrity through inclusive practices, particularly Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and ethical AI use. She chairs the Diversity & Inclusion Subcommittee and leads initiatives to improve teaching and learning for all students. Her roles include managing pre-master’s programs, supervising postgraduate writing projects, and contributing to staff development via HEA standards and Explore programs. Dr. Davis holds a PhD in Education from the Institute of Education (UCL), alongside MA TESOL, BA(Hons) in French and German, and certifications in TEFL. Her research explores academic writing development, neurodiverse students’ phraseology use, and policy inclusivity.
