Irina Rasmussen is an Associate Professor (Docent) at the Department of English , Stockholm University, specializing in modernist literature across British, American, Irish, and Russian traditions. Her research extends to the history of aesthetics , dialectical materialism , and world literature from the 19th to mid-20th century. As a member of Forum Modernism , she explores both mainstream and marginalized expressions of modernism while critically interrogating the concept itself.
