Teng Wu is a Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Civil, Structural and Environmental Engineering at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, University at Buffalo . His research focuses on wind engineering, hurricane risk assessment, and climate change adaptation in infrastructure systems.
