Dr. Namrata Malhotra is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Organization at the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, Imperial College Business School. She also holds an International Research Fellowship at Said Business School, University of Oxford. Her research focuses on organizational and institutional change processes within professional organizations, with recent work examining the UK nuclear industry's strategic shifts amid institutional complexity and evolving risk perceptions. She previously taught at Queensland University of Technology and holds an MPhil from Delhi School of Economics and a PhD from the University of Alberta. Dr. Malhotra’s research interests intersect organization theory and strategy, emphasizing professional organizations’ adaptation mechanisms. Key topics include institutional logics, power dynamics in transformation, and career path innovations. She has explored internationalization strategies of engineering consulting firms and currently studies nuclear industry restructuring. Her teaching spans strategic management, organizational change, and executive education programs.
