Dr. Craig Moyes is a Reader in French and Quebec Studies at King’s College London, serving as Director of the Quebec and French Canada Research Network (QaFCaRN). He holds advanced degrees from Université de Montréal (PhD, Littérature comparée) and Université de Paris III, with prior academic leadership as Director of Studies in French at Christ's College Cambridge. Research Interests Literary and cultural history of 20th- and 21st-century Quebec Early modern French and comparative literature Literary and poetic theory Economics and literature intersections Quebecois film and biculturalism His research output focuses on Quebec's cultural positioning within Canada and globally, particularly through events like Expo 67, and on 17th–18th century French literature's economic and political dimensions. Recent work examines Quebec's presence in British Isles academia. His publications span literary theory, Quebecois modernity, and comparative analyses of early modern French texts.
