Dr. Seyed Mojtaba Sajadi is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) in Operations and Supply Chain Simulation at Aston Business School, part of Aston University's College of Business and Social Sciences. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology and has extensive academic experience, including roles as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at the University of Tehran (2010–2020), and Assistant Professor at Coventry Business School (2021–2022). His research focuses on simulation-based optimization in supply chain management, healthcare systems, and disaster management, leveraging techniques like Discrete Event Simulation (DES), Agent-Based Simulation (ABS), and metaheuristic algorithms.
