Juan E. Gilbert is the Andrew Banks Family Preeminence Endowed Professor and Chair of Computer & Information Science & Engineering at the University of Florida. His pioneering research in human-centered computing focuses on electronic voting systems, broadening participation in computing, and AI fairness.
