Stéphane BORDAS is a Full Professor in Computational Mechanics at the University of Luxembourg's Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM), leading the Computational Mechanics (Legato) research group. His work focuses on free boundary problems, method development for complex geometries, and applications in fracture mechanics, biomechanics, and computational engineering. He previously held roles at Cardiff University and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL).
