Associate Professor
Iva Holmerová is an Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology and Life Sciences within the Faculty of Humanities at Charles University, Prague. She also serves as Vice-Dean for International Affairs at the same faculty and as Visiting Professor at the Dementia Practice and Policy Centre, University of the West of Scotland. Her academic and medical career spans roles as founding Director of the Centre of Gerontology Praha 8 and head of the Centre of Expertise in Longevity and Long-term Care (CELLO). Her work bridges clinical practice with policy analysis, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe.
