Pia S. Hagerup is an Associate Professor at the Department of Teacher Education, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), specializing in Educational Leadership. She currently teaches in NTNU's national principal training program and master's program for school development, while collaborating with schools, municipalities, and counties on research projects.
