She leads the Political Integrity Index research team investigating integrity violations by politicians and serves as New Zealand's National Partner for the Institute of Business Ethics (UK) global Ethics at Work Survey. Her consultancy work includes advising Te Kawa Mataaho (Public Service Commission) and developing specialized training programs.
