Siah Hwee Ang

Professor Siah Hwee Ang is the Chair of Business in Asia at Victoria University of Wellington, where he has served since 2013. His career spans notable roles at the University of Auckland (2000–2013) and visiting positions at universities in China and Singapore. As Director of New Zealand’s Southeast Asia Centre of Asia-Pacific Excellence (2018–2024), he orchestrated initiatives like ‘Bringing ASEAN to New Zealand’ to enhance regional engagement.
