Chad Squitieri is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law , where he focuses on Administrative Law and Constitutional Law. He serves as Director of the Separation of Powers Institute and a Managing Director for the Center for the Constitution and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition . Squitieri graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D., 2016) and Florida State University (B.S., 2013). Research Interests : Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Nondelegation Doctrine, Major Questions Doctrine, Statutory Interpretation, and Tariff Authority.
