Zuwaina Aladawi

Zuwaina Aladawi is a Senior Lecturer at the Sheffield Business School, Sheffield Hallam University, specializing in Business Operations and Systems. She holds an MBA from Leeds Beckett University (2001), a BA in Information Management from the University of Abertay Dundee (1999), and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Ajman University (1999). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and a member of the British Computer Society (BCS).

Her research focuses on knowledge management, education and professional development, social innovation, and e-CRM. She teaches undergraduate courses in business analysis, information systems, and strategic management, as well as postgraduate modules in information management and change management/leadership. She has supervised MSc students in Information Management and Forensic Accounting.

Zuwaina currently leads international business top-up recruitment and participates in the Sheffield Hallam University Hong Kong programme. Her industry experience includes roles as an analyst programmer in an international IT company. She prioritizes contemporary curriculum development and maintains active research in her fields.
