Zhu Guanglei

Zhu Guanglei serves as Vice-President of Nankai University and Professor at the Zhou Enlai School of Government and Management. He is a key member of the Chinese Communist Party's 'Project on Marxist Theory Research and Construction' and Director of the Tianjin Political Science Association.
