Zeynep Ton

Zeynep Ton is a Professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Operations Management. Her research focuses on designing organizational systems that simultaneously benefit employees, customers, and investors. She is renowned for her Good Jobs Strategy framework, detailed in her 2014 book and updated 2023 publication, which argues that strategic workforce investments enhance productivity and profitability.

She co-founded the Good Jobs Institute to assist companies in implementing her strategy through workshops and assessments. Previously at Harvard Business School, she received teaching excellence awards at both institutions.
