Susan Neal is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) and Director of Operations at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, as well as a Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She teaches courses 15.352, 15.369, and 15.S22. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in e-commerce/digital strategy, marketing, and technology-driven business growth. Her career includes roles as CEO/co-founder of ATACAMA (3D microfluidics tech), EVP of Marketing at Tailored Brands, and senior leadership positions at Gymboree.
