Zara Taba

Dr. Zara Taba is a Lecturer in Business Analytics at the UQ Business School, Faculty of Business, Economics and Law, The University of Queensland. She completed her PhD in Marketing at the same institution in 2020, focusing on healthcare customers' goals and behaviors.

Her research explores healthcare services, consumer decision-making, and wellbeing frameworks. Primary interests include:

• Health service design and patient behavior modeling
• Quantitative analysis of consumer choice patterns
• Goal-setting frameworks in chronic disease management
• Customer experience optimization in service industries

Her publications demonstrate strong methodological focus on meta-analyses and conceptual frameworks within service management contexts. Recent work advances understanding of behavioral mechanisms in healthcare and commercial service settings.
