Yvette Holt is a Lecturer in the Law Department at the Faculty of Business, Law and Arts, Southern Cross University, where she has served since 2006. She holds a BA (Hons)/LLB (Hons) from the University of Sydney (1997) and an LLM (Hons) from the University of Cambridge (1998). In addition to her academic role, she practices criminal law part-time in the Northern Rivers region, NSW.
