Associate Professor Fiona Allison is an academic and researcher at the University of Technology Sydney's Jumbunna Institute for Indigenous Education and Research. She specializes in justice reinvestment, Indigenous access to justice, and race discrimination law. Her work focuses on reducing Indigenous incarceration through community-driven solutions and addressing systemic inequities in legal systems. She co-leads the Call it Out racism reporting initiative and has pioneered research on Indigenous legal needs through ARC-funded projects like the Indigenous Legal Needs Project.
