Yixuan He

Dr. Yixuan He is an Assistant Professor at the UTHealth Houston School of Public Health in the Department of Epidemiology. She received her Ph.D. in bioinformatics and genomics from Harvard University in 2022 and completed postdoctoral training at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard before joining UTHealth Houston.

Her research focuses on developing and applying statistical and machine-learning methods to understand disease mechanisms, identify drivers of disease heterogeneity, and integrate genetic and environmental factors. She is affiliated with the Human Genetics Center at UTHealth Houston.
