Dr Yingyi Luo is a Research Fellow at Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne. She holds a PhD in Law from RMIT University, where her doctoral research focused on governance frameworks for Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), cross-border surrogacy arrangements, and ethical challenges posed by emerging health technologies. Her interdisciplinary legal research emphasizes human rights perspectives, particularly in informal labor markets and global supply chain contexts.
