Ingrid Landau is Senior Lecturer in Business Law and Taxation at Monash Business School, Monash University. She earned her PhD from Melbourne Law School and specializes in labor regulation, business/human rights due diligence, and supply chain governance. Her research evaluates transnational regulatory frameworks and corporate accountability mechanisms.
Publications include Human Rights Due Diligence and Labour Governance (Oxford University Press, 2023) and consultancies for the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva and Hanoi. She developed draft conventions for decent work in global supply chains and advises on modern slavery legislation implementation.
Awarded the Monash PRME Education Excellence commendation (2021), she teaches Human Rights in Global Business and leads research on dispute resolution in Southeast Asian labor markets.
