Yilei Liang

Yilei Liang is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP), University College London (UCL), where she concurrently pursues her PhD under Dr. Cecilia Rikap's supervision. Her work centers on intellectual monopolies and socio-technical innovation policy within academic and industry contexts.

Her research critically examines intellectual monopoly structures and technology sovereignty frameworks, with emphasis on:
