Francesca Bria is an Associate Professor and Senior Advisor on Technology and Innovation Policy, with affiliations as an Honorary Professor at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) and as Commissioner of Digital Technology and Innovation for the City of Barcelona.
