Ruth Puttick is a Senior Research Fellow at the UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP), affiliated with The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment. She collaborates with Mariana Mazzucato and Rainer Kattel on the Public Sector Capabilities Index, and works with organizations including Bloomberg Philanthropies, Nesta, and the Alliance for Useful Evidence.
