Dr. Yi Ding is a Professor of School Psychology at Fordham University's Graduate School of Education. Dr. Ding's research focuses on learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, STEM learning, and special education and school psychology issues from a multicultural perspective. She has extensively studied how working memory, automaticity, and cognitive strategies affect mathematical and reading abilities in children, with particular attention to cross-cultural differences between Chinese and American students.
