Yann Cramer

Yann Cramer is a Professor of Management Practice in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at ESSEC Business School, France. He holds a full-time academic appointment and has served as the Head of Pedagogy for the CPI Program (2023–2024). His career spans academia, startups, and corporate leadership, including roles as a non-executive mentor, board member, and C-level executive across 20+ startups. He has also held senior global leadership positions in marketing, strategy, and innovation at Shell (2006–2017).
