Patricia CHARLETY-LEPERS is a Professor of Economics and Finance at ESSEC Business School, where she currently chairs the Economics Department. Her research focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and related fields. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Wharton School (1990) and a Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches from Paris Dauphine University (2005).
