Romain BOULLAND

Romain BOULLAND is an Associate Professor of Finance at ESSEC Business School, holding a Ph.D. from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL. He serves as Academic Director for the Master in Finance program across Cergy and Singapore campuses (2022–2025). His research focuses on media effects in financial markets, corporate communication strategies, and behavioral biases of financial analysts. Key interests include investor attention dynamics, strategic earnings release timing, and the role of information intermediaries.
